- I have booked but now I can't go. Can I get my money back?

Cancellations received on or before Friday, 12 August 2011 will receive a full refund less $165.00 processing fee (per registered delegate). No refunds will be issued after Saturday, 13 August 2011. Email your cancellation request to Tech.Ed@infosalons.com.au .

- Do I have to come every day? Or can I pay to come for just one day?

One-day tickets including technical sessions are not currently available to be purchased for Tech·Ed 2011. All ticket types can be purchased online.

- How do I find out my Partner ID number?

1. Visit the Microsoft Partner Portal at https://partner.microsoft.com/Australia
2. Sign in using your Windows Live ID
3. Click on the ‘View Your Membership Account’ button in the top right corner
4. Your ID number can be found below Program Administrator

- How do I receive my badge?
-
You will receive your badge onsite when you register at the event. Please ensure that you print the barcode you received by email and have it ready when you arrive at the venue.

- How do I pay the invoice?
-
Online by selecting either the direct debit or PO payment option. A confirmation and Tax Invoice are sent automatically to the nominated email address supplied when registering. Invoice payments by purchase order or direct deposit must be received in full within 15 days of the invoice date and no later than 1 August 2011.

- I have booked but would like to add/delete/change a session or social function.

Email your request to Tech.Ed@infosalons.com.au and a registration consultant will amend your booking and re-issue your confirmation and invoice if applicable.

- Can I use Microsoft Training Vouchers to pay for Tech·Ed 2011 tickets?

No, unfortunately these types of vouchers cannot be used.

- Can I send someone in my place?

Substitutions will be accepted up until 12 August 2011. Email your requested substitution to Tech.Ed@infosalons.com.au and include the original delegate name and the following details for the new delegate: Name, Position, Contact Phone Number and Email Address. No substitutions will be accepted after Friday, 12 August 2011.

- What is included in my ticket?

Full registration tickets include access to the exhibition area, keynote and locknote, all technical sessions, lunch, afternoon and morning tea, welcome reception, closing party, light refreshments at the social functions and the delegate bag.

Venue
Is there wheelchair access?-
Yes, the GCCEC has wheelchair access to all areas of the building, and main access entrances, including lift access from the car park where there are ample disability bays. The GCCEC also has specially-designed bathrooms on all levels.

Premier Support Customers
Can I use Premier Support Hours for the Pre-Conference Technical Labs?-
Yes, you can use Premier Support Hours to pay for your Tech·Ed 2011 registration and Pre-Conference Technical Labs
- Pre-Conference Technical Labs = 2 hours
- Premier Pre-Day Seminar = 1 hour
If you have any questions around Software Assurance hours or your eligibility contact your Technical Account Manager.

- How do Premier Support Customers Register?

To pay using your Premier Support Hours please click on the ‘register now’ button on the Tech·Ed 2011 Website, select the Premier Support ticket type and enter the Premier Support code given by your Technical Account Manager. You’ll need 6 Software Assurance hours to register for a Tech·Ed ticket.

Children
Are children allowed to attend Tech·Ed 2011?-
You must be 18 years of age or over to attend Tech·Ed 2011. Children are not permitted to attend sessions or social functions for safety reasons. The Convention Centre does not have crèche facilities.
