Instructor-Led Labs

Each Instructor-Led Lab (ILL) presents the best of Hands-On Lab content in an expert-facilitated environment. While sitting at your own computer, Microsoft Certified Trainers walk you through exercises in a 75-minute session. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis and can accommodate around 50 people.

Hands-On Labs

Hands-On Labs (HOLs) provide drill-down technical learning opportunities in a self-paced environment. There are more than 150 HOL topics featured, each one focusing on a specific task or feature of a Microsoft product or technology previously presented in a Breakout Session. With the support of Microsoft Certified Trainers, you'll experience a Microsoft product while working at your own speed. HOLs take from 45 to 75 minutes and are available on a first-come, first-seated basis on more than 300 computer stations in the Technical Learning Centre area.
