To pay using your Premier Support Hours please select the Premier Support ticket type and enter the Premier Support code given to you by your Technical Account Manager. You'll need 6 Support Assistance hours to register for a Tech•Ed ticket. If you have any questions around Support Assistance hours or your eligibility contact your Technical Account Manager.

Pre-Conference Technical Training Labs

The Pre-Conference Technical Training labs offer an opportunity to gain hands-on experience on a current or newer version of a Microsoft technology by working through any of the available hands-on labs.

Don't forget to book your spot when you purchase your Tech•Ed 2011 ticket – you'll need 2 Premier SA hours to take part in Pre-Conference Technical Training.

Premier Pre-Day Seminars

Tuesday, August 30

The Premier Pre-Day Seminars are deep-dive sessions that aim to provide a unique field-based insight into deploying and managing a vital piece of Microsoft infrastructure. These seminars are a first for Tech•Ed and offer an opportunity to hear directly from many of our Premier Field Engineers on how to better prepare for and operate Windows Server 2008 R2, Office 365 or SharePoint Server 2010.

Don't forget to book your spot when you purchase your Tech•Ed 2011 ticket - you'll need 1 Premier SA hour to take part in the Premier Pre-Day Seminar. Alternatively, if you’re not a Premier Support Customer admission is $385 INC GST.
